Private Equity Investment:
Self-Management
Through the self-managed venture capital company ARNELA, Cápitavante has acquired a presence in those sectors of the economy in which Inveravante does not operate, through the acquisition of holdings and shares (in most cases, between 15% and 60%) in medium-sized companies who tend to be in a phase of expansion.
Third Party Management
Investment in venture capital vehicles managed by third parties, based on share holdings of between 5% and 30% generally speaking, and stay periods of no longer than 10 years.
Investment in financial markets:
We manage the acquisition of financial assets and publicly quoted stocks and shares.
Investment through SICAVS
Temporary investment with a tendency towards sector rotation is made through these vehicles, both in the area of assets and in sectors and markets.
