UniVerve Biofuel

UniVerve develops a complete, stable and sustainable process for providing profitable microalgae-oil as feedstock for biofuel. The company has been working in tangent with leading researchers and has created a full process. UniVerve is currently at the stage of scaling-up its process and optimizing the yield in parallel to conducting discussions with select parties regarding the establishment of projects for oil or biofuel production.

The company, which was founded in 2009, is privately held by its founders, leaders in the area of agriculture, biofuels, algae research, and international management. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, UniVerve’s development activity takes place in Southern Israel, where it runs a laboratory as well as an outdoor biomass cultivation facility.
