Clean World Capital (CWC) was founded in August 2008 in order to provide advisory services to sustainable investments, with offices in Copenhagen and London.

CWC is an advisor specializing in the opportunities generated by the global transition to a sustainable economy. CWC advises and invests in companies and projects transforming the planet into a better place with cleaner technologies powered by renewable energy sources.

CWC offers businesses:

• Corporate and Project Finance: provides financial and strategic advice to energy-intensive industries, financial institutions, and clean technology companies; private equity and public/private debt; advice on M&A driven by consolidation, maturing industries and value chain bottlenecks. Sector-related technical advisory to institutional and other professional investors.
• Capital Markets: advises on capital raising and fund advisory, including structuring, strategy and investor relations.
• Investments: incubates, develops, and invests in companies, projects, and technologies that provide products or services facilitating the transition to a sustainable economy.

We identify, advise on, and develop investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector for projects partners and clean tech companies and make these available to international investor partners as a competitive alternative and supplement to traditional investments.

In our quality assurance process we only work with selected companies and developers, screen all projects, help vendors build own models and presentations with our in-house team of experts in finance, carbon credits, and technical knowhow to maximize quality and value for clean conscience investors.
