Secretary and Treasurer (New York): Lucy is a UK Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience in finance and in the private and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining PEP, Lucy was the Finance Director of E+Co, where she was responsible for both finance and administration and led financial aspects of the restructuring that created Persistent Energy Partners. Prior to joining E+Co, Lucy was the Chief Financial Officer of the Near East Foundation. Lucy joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London after University. After PriceWaterhouseCoopers Lucy held numerous finance positions over many years with the BOC Group and the Linde Group. Lucy has a BSc from the London School of Economics.
